Plot
Two inseparable girlfriends and cousins Autumn and Skylar (Autumn and Skylar) from Pennsylvania go to New York to terminate an unwanted pregnancy of one of them.
When Fall unexpectedly became pregnant, she was faced with conservative state laws that forbid abortion without parental consent. The girl makes some indecisive, albeit painful, attempts to terminate the pregnancy on her own. Fortunately, Skylar quickly understands what is going on. Taking $ 10 with her, she silently agrees to accompany her friend to New York for an abortion, and they board the bus the very next morning.

The film was inspired by the story of Savita Halappanavar, an Indian woman living in Ireland. Galway University Hospital denied her an opportunity to have an abortion on the grounds that granting her request would be illegal under Irish law. This ultimately led to her death from a septic miscarriage. The case became known to the media, which served as a rallying call for efforts to repeal the Eighth Amendment to the Irish Constitution, which prohibited abortion in most cases.
