Macbeth (2021) is the first project one of the Coen brothers will work on without the participation of the other. Plot
The Scottish lord Macbeth is convinced by witches that he is destined to become king. Betraying friends and following the advice of an ambitious wife, he chooses evil as a way to achieve his goals, and for this he will subsequently have to pay with his life.
