The rights to show the film "Podolsk Cadets" (or in other words "Ilyinsky Border") have been sold to foreign services. The Central Partnership film company, which is involved in the project, has signed an agreement with the American distributor Shout! Factory, as well as the British company Signature Entertainment.
Details about the film
Plot
The tape tells about little-known events during the Great Patriotic War: young cadets led by their commanders performed a real feat, holding the defense of the Ilyinsky line in October 1941.
Cadets are newcomers to the military, the so-called "white bone" in the army. In the future, these guys were supposed to become officers, command entire platoons and inspire great achievements by their example.
But everything turned out differently - yesterday's boys had to face the fascist invaders, whose forces were many times greater than the strength of the cadets. Such a massive selfless feat served as the basis for the script for the film "Podolsk Cadets".

The opinion of the producers about the film
One of the producers of the film project, Igor Ugolnikov, shared details about the filming of the tape. According to the producer, the defense of Moscow in 1941 was a really difficult period, and the film "Podolsk Cadets" is an artistic retelling of those events.
The Podolsk cadets managed to accomplish the incredible - they held the enemy's onslaught in difficult conditions for almost two weeks. That is why it was extremely important for the creators of the tape to show real events and tell the stories of real heroes.
The producer also revealed another secret of filming - the film involves military equipment that was used for its intended purpose during the Great Patriotic War. Ugolnikov also added that the premiere of the film will be interesting to visit not only for domestic viewers, but also for foreign movie lovers.
General Director of Central Partnership Vadim Vereshchagin also stated that the picture is intended for international release. He said that the representatives of the film company and the creators of the film are glad that the rights to show the film about the "feat" are now in America and in the UK.
In addition to these countries, the rights to show the tape are planned to be sold to Japan, Korea and the countries of the Scandinavian Peninsula. In addition, the movie will be released on Key Buyers Event and Cannes Digital Market.
