For some, this is the most anticipated film of the year, for others, it is a complete failure. What Star Wars Episode 9 was like for me - I'll tell you more.
In general, from the previous two episodes of the last trilogy, it was clear that everyone is waiting for one thing, so that it all ends quickly, because it is impossible to remove a single idea by different directors: each has his own vision, each molds something of his own. The last episode is no exception.
Abrams returned to filming (it was he who shot the 7th episode, and Johnson the 8th), he kind of apologizes for the previous parts. Everything is crammed anyhow, there may be answers to questions, but they arise for some reason.
For me personally, of course, this is the best part of the trilogy. But why was it impossible to shoot the previous parts so that the final one does not include what episodes 7 and 8 should contain? After all, it is in Skywalker. Sunrise "excellent atmosphere, soundtrack, lightsaber fights, in general, the plot itself convey a complete immersion in the Star Wars saga.
Why are all these dramatic scenes almost every 10 minutes? Someone died, someone was kidnapped, someone was alive, someone sacrifices themselves ... Incomprehensible, unjustified snot.
I have been watching Star Wars since childhood, I was really looking forward to and hoping that the continuation of 6 episodes would be at least at the level of any of the episodes. And here is a complete disappointment, but in general for the trilogy, episode 9, again, again, is the best for me personally.
Lack of logic
This is who will explain how the emperor under the ice, being impotent, created an army of destroyers, superior to the army of the first order, which had clones, people, and other supporters. And he just slept for about a couple of dozen years, when he needed to wake up, raised an army, just as simply merged with it, as he appeared. And this is one of the illogical moments, of which there are many.
The same Darth Mole was shown in "Han Solo", apparently, he also survived, like Palpatine. But why mention it and not explain it further (after all, it was the 9th episode that should have answered absolutely all questions).
But there were also pluses
Of course, the pluses of the picture can also be noted. Superbly filmed, we should take "Oscar" for costumes, graphics, perhaps camera work, the music is just on top. However, the plot falls short. It may have been a mistake to tie the latter parts to Disney.
Apparently, their credo: we give a better picture, and the plot ... - to hell with it, and so they eat it. It is noticeable that work on the errors was carried out, but not in full, which all of us, true fans of the stellar saga, would like.
Okay, let's keep in our memory 6 of our favorite episodes, and we will continue to wait for surprises from the "Mandalorian", it is in him that I see "new hope."
