Plot
In the UK, a mercenary group called Arctic Wolves kidnaps a Chinese businessman and his daughter. The only hope for the rescue of the hostages is the international security service, which is armed with all the latest achievements of science and technology.

- This is the sixth time Jackie Chan and director Stanley Tong collaborated since Police Story III: Supercop (1992), Rumble in Bronx (1995), First Strike (1995 ), "Myth / Myth" (2005) and "Armor of God: In Search of Treasures / Kung Fu Yoga" (2017).
- During the filming of the water skiing scene, Jackie Chan was trapped under a rock and nearly drowned.
