About the plot
A female astrophysicist sends a message to aliens during the Cultural Revolution in the Republic of China, and receives a response asking them never to contact again. The beginning of the 21st century. A nanotechnologist is witnessing a series of strange and confusing events in science on the world stage. Someone deliberately inhibits scientific progress on Earth and does not allow humanity to develop rapidly.
