About the plot
The series will unfold in New Zealand during the gold rush in the 1860s. One of the miners, Walter Moody, is drawn into a series of mysterious events. They are associated with the death of a lonely gold miner, in whose houses a treasure was later found. Meanwhile, young adventurer and British adventurer Anna Waderell travels from Britain to New Zealand to start her life from scratch. She unexpectedly falls in love with the scout Emery Steins, and the lovers, in the wake of passion, begin to ask the question: does a person build his own destiny or his destiny?
