Spencer arrives in besieged Berlin at the end of April 1945, as the Red Army begins to storm the last beachhead of Nazi Germany. The main storyline tells about the feat of Lieutenant Rakhimzhan Koshkarbaev and Private Grigory Bulatov, who became real heroes who were the first to hoist a red flag with their names on the pediment of the Reichstag on April 30, 1945 at 14:25.
