Once, after another showdown between the bandits, the police at the crime scene find several corpses hanging upside down, from which the skin is literally ripped off. Police Lieutenant Harrigan undertakes to investigate the case, as a result, he comes face to face with an alien creature and wounds him in a fierce battle.
In pursuit of a bleeding enemy, Harrigan descends into the dungeon after him and finds himself on board the spacecraft. Looking around, he sees battle trophies on display, among which there is a very unusual skull. (Fans of another famous franchise will immediately recognize him as an Alien xenomorph, and it is this scene that creates the prologue for the films about the confrontation between Predators and Aliens.) Unlike the two previous films, this film is set somewhere in the depths of space. Nine earthlings come to their senses in the very center of the rainforest and cannot understand how they got here. Having united in a detachment, the heroes are looking for a way to get out of this situation, but very soon they realize that they are on an unknown planet.
By chance, they stumble upon an empty camp, where they find a huge monster chained to a pole. Isabelle, a sniper of the Israeli army, recognizes in him a creature about whom she read in a secret report of a certain major, nicknamed the Dutchman. The dossier contained information about the alien Predator, who staged a real massacre in the Amazon jungle. Now it was his relatives who somehow transported earthlings into space and arranged a real hunt for them.

He and his team must prevent the execution of the hostages who fell into the hands of drug dealers. But during the operation, the incredible happens: a certain space object falls to the Earth. Upon reaching the crash site, McKenna discovers an empty alien capsule, as well as a mask and piece of military equipment, which he decides to retrieve as evidence of what happened.
At this moment, the Predator appears and arranges a massacre, but Quin manages to escape, injuring the alien. Special government agents, not wanting the truth about the aliens to come out, declare the hero insane and send him for compulsory treatment. The wounded Predator is taken to a secret laboratory, but he quickly escapes from there. His goal is the armor stolen by McQueen, which he managed to mail to his home address.

And it is this that will subsequently cause the appearance of a monster that looks like an Alien.

But somewhere in the middle of the way, the ship's crew picks up a signal from a planet called LV 426, which, according to computer analysis, is more suitable for human life.
The captain of the spacecraft decides to change the route and study in more detail the conditions and the possibility of creating an earth colony in this place. At first everything is going just perfectly, but soon the passengers of the "Covenant" realize that the planet is inhabited by a race of bloodthirsty and practically indestructible creatures-xenomorphs.

A group of astronauts land on the planet's surface to find out the cause of the signal, and discovers the wreckage of a huge ship. In its holds, people find what looks like a plantation of huge leathery eggs. One of them opens when accidentally touched, and a creature jumps out from there with tentacles, instantly sucking to the face of a crew member. From this moment, a chain of terrifying events begins, which will lead to the appearance of an Alien on board the ship and the death of almost the entire astrolette crew.

But Ellen does not even realize that one of the face-hijackers also managed to survive. Now he is looking for a new victim for himself, into which the larva can be placed. The unfortunate dog becomes the carrier, from which it soon breaks out with a breastbreaker, transforming into a full-fledged Alien, killing everyone in its path.
