Film company Constantin Film has announced a new film based on the universe "Resident Evil" (Resident Evil). Plot
The film will tell about the events of the first and second part of the series. Events will unfold back in 1998 on the fateful night in Raccoon City.

- Kaia Scodelario has officially landed the role of Claire Redfield. She is the younger sister of Chris Redfield. It won't take her long to get to Raccoon City and find that the city is overrun with zombies. this makes her quest even more difficult than she expected. During her time in Raccoon City, she meets William Birkin and Leon S. Kennedy.
- Hannah John-Kamen was cast as Jill Valentine in the first game.
- Robbie Amell will portray Chris Redfield, Claire's brother. In the first video game, Chris is a member of the Raccoon City Special Tactics and Rescue Service (STARS). Kennedy, hoping to destroy them and get revenge.
