Plot
19-year-old boy Yegor Chudinov decides to find his mother and father, who disappeared without a trace during an ethnographic expedition in the Perm Territory. Together with his uncle and two random fellow travelers Nadya and Tanya, the young man gets to the rugged local forests. There are many legends, superstitions and frightening stories around these places, and the area with a gloomy landscape seems to exist according to its own personal laws and traditions.
Dense forests, knowledgeable shamans, sorcerers, ascetic hermits in deep dugouts, ancient creatures descended from the pages of books on mythology - all this is just ahead for travelers. And the desire to find parents for Yegor will not let him stop, even despite the warning signs and risks.
